Cloburn Quarry exports its unique Red Granite products to markets in North America, the Far East and Europe. One of our most prominent markets is the Netherlands, where we have developed a close relationship with Rotim Steenbouw who specialise in importing specialist construction materials.

The use of coloured asphalt has been keenly advocated by the Dutch authorities to promote road safety. Not only is it decorative but it can also be used to mark out cycle paths, footpaths and other road areas.

Exposed Aggregate Block Paving The excellent properties of Cloburn aggregates make them ideal for the production of high specification concrete works, and as the exposed aggregate in concrete blocks and cladding panels. Applications include:
